Urban Water Plan- Public Information Centre No. 1
The City of Vaughan is undertaking a comprehensive study of its urban water infrastructure, including water, wastewater and stormwater systems, to support growth while emphasizing environmental sustainability and resiliency. The study will document existing problems and opportunities, consider and evaluate solutions and identified preferred water, wastewater and stormwater servicing strategies.
The Integrated Urban Water Plan Environmental Assessment is being conducted in accordance with the Master Planning process (Approach #2) outlined in the Municipal Engineers Association Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) guidelines which involves the preparation of a Master Plan document at the conclusion of Phase One and Phase Two of the Class EA process.

This project is being conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment, which is an approved process under the Environmental Assessment Act. Information is being collected under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. With the exception of personal information, all comments will become part of the public record.
